Why We Shouldn’t Consume Phytoestrogens?

phytoestrogens, pine pollen, testosterone

What are phytoestrogens?

Phytoestrogens are estrogen hormone-like chemicals found in plants. They include a group of chemicals such as isoflavones, flavones, coumestans and lignans. The structure of this group of estrogen-like chemicals is similar to that of estrogen in human body. And when consumed, depending on the concentration of the phyto-estrogens in the diet and concentration of sex hormones in the body, life stage and gender, they have estrogenic and anti-estrogenic effects.

So why we should avoid consuming phyto-estrogens?

An over consumption of food rich in phyto-estrogen can lead to low testosterone levels especially in men.
Low testosterone is very bad for both men and women and the impact is not pleasant. Below are some side effects to name a few:

  • Low sex drive.
  • Depression.
  • Increase in cholesterol levels.
  • Muscle power and mass loss.
  • Lower the metabolism and accumulation of fat in higher and central part of the body.
  • Cardiovascular dangers.
  • Osteoporosis and bone weakness.
  • High blood pressure.

How to avoid a drop in testosterone levels?

As of Alex Malinsky, the Raw Guru who won several awards in the field of raw nutrition share his thoughts on how to increase and boost testosterone levels in both men and women naturally

Raw pine pollen is the richest seedbed of testosterone derived from plants; since it is the male sperm of pine trees, it fosters plush growth in all living creatures, from trees and plants, to animals, to humans.
Chinese medicine used pine pollen for over 2,000 years to restore health, prolong life and as an anti-aging nutrient.

This ultimate supplement is safe to use and with no fear of endocrine shutdown, this happens when we consume a hormone that is identical to the one the body produce and will occur when the glands stop working due to the fact that they are not being used.
Pine pollen’s molecular structure, i.e. the androgens, is not identical to that of the body; however, it is similar enough to produce beneficial health effects, without the risk of gland cessation of production.
